I am working on wring a short novel, I started this a few months ago and thought I would upload the skeleton draft. This is not a big or formal project, I am just working on it for fun in my free time. When you are born with your death date being 15 years away from your birth you try to make the most out of your short life. My name is Maya and I am 14 years old, my life has always been ending. Okay I suppose I should describe my situation, in my world everyone is born with a tattoo of sorts on their foot and it says the day you will die. Mine is October 6th in the year 2017. Yeah it's a lot to take in, I have had a hard time coping.

Why I write..... a rant

I know that I dont have a lot of followers, but that is NOT the reason why I write. I know my grammar is not very good, my spelling "sub par", my diction is not as good as I would like it to be. But that is NOT why I am here. I took a year long break, not just from this website but from writing in general. I used to write crappy stories about dragons and the worlds they live in but I have a much more important message to write about now. you are loved, you are amazing, and I am proud of you.
